For College:

A. Freshmen

      Any Senior high school graduate seeking admission to the degree courses offered:

• Must be a graduate of any private or public secondary schools recognized by the government

• Must undergo an interview with the program head

• Must submit the following requirements

  • Form 138 (high school card)

  • PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • 4 pcs. 1×1 colored ID picture

  • 4 pcs. passport size ID picture with white background

  • Long size brown envelope

B. Old Students

• Re-admission shall be based on the grade of the previous semester

• Must comply the deficiencies in the previous semester before they will be allowed to enroll

• Must settle all back accounts

C. Transferees

            Any transferee who seek admission to the institution shall present the following credentials to the office of the Registrar:

• True copy of grade from the previous school

• Honorable dismissal

• Certificate of Good Moral Character

• PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

• Long size brown envelope

• 4 pcs. 1×1 ID picture

• 4 pcs. Passport size ID picture with white background

Provided that they are not expelled from the previous school attended and have passed at least 75 % of the previous subjects. Also, the school reserves its right to refuse admission of any student if in its judgment, the student cannot maintain the ideals, moral and integrity the school stands for.
